Clinton & Leah Phillips

Over 25 years ago, a young couple in their early twenties, with a growing family and a passion for Jesus, stepped out in faith to pioneer what was then known as Jubilee World Harvest Church. Starting in the lounge room of their home with just ten people in attendance, they began a journey of ministry that continues to impact lives today.

Clinton and Leah faithfully pastored C3 Langford for 13 years before transitioning to lead C3 Church Mandurah, where they continue to serve with vision, compassion, and a heart for people.

Now celebrating more than 35 years of marriage, they are blessed with three children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter.

At the heart of everything Clinton and Leah do is a deep desire to love God passionately and demonstrate that love through compassion for people. Their greatest joy is seeing lives transformed, people equipped to fulfil their God-given purpose, and communities impacted by the life-changing love of Jesus.

Their mission is simple: to raise up people, see lives restored, and reach others with the hope and love of God.
